If you prefer you can stop by our facilities every Wednesday, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm until 5h30 pm, to register your application and deliver your application form and attachments.

Documentation needed:

» ID Card: C.C. or residency title, plus NIF and social security number.

» Your bank account: IBAN or NIB proof, with bank name and no longer than 3 months.

» All up-to-date certificates

Other documentation:

» International Vaccination Bulletin (Covid-19 included)

» VISA (if applicable)

» Seaman’s book

» Driver’s license

And the application file after being fully completed and signed with the current date.
